We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. However, certain dates (like holidays) or other may delay shipping. 

Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time: Our processing time is quite quick, usually the same day or next.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate updates on delivery times.

Packaging and Sustainability

In our effort to reduce waste, some orders may be shipped in reused clay boxes. This aligns with our commitment to sustainability while ensuring your items arrive safely.


Free Shipping

Our free shipping offer applies only to U.S. ground shipping. Expedited or international shipping is not included in this offer.

Delays and Third-Party Carriers

While we do our best to fulfill your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. If you experience a delay, please check your tracking information or contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Delivery Schedule

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on weekends, as delivery schedules vary by courier.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hello@pinchit.co While we’ll do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded. If the package is returned to us, a $10 fee will apply for redelivery to a corrected address.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you return an item and are eligible for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, except in cases where an item is damaged or incorrect due to our error

Reliable Shipping Addresses

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure and reliable address.

Pinchit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including those left in a designated safe place.

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
